OUR CULTURE

We are focused on building a fun and inclusive club supporting our local community where everyone is welcome and players are at the heart of everything we do.

PLAYER FIRST

Every decision we make as a club is based on what is best for our players. We regularly seek feedback from our players whether it's how much they've enjoyed the session to the colour of the kit. Every session is designed with all our players in mind to ensure that everyone is included and has fun whatever their footballing ability.

FUN & INCLUSIVE

Everything we do is based on fun and inclusion. As well as our fun weekly football sessions and matches, we look to create memorable moments for the kids that we hope will last a lifetime. Recent events have included being mascots for Oxford City Football Club, a disco awards celebration evening and a Women's Euro watch party!

COLLABORATIVE

We work with the local community to provide access to fun, inclusive football for as many kids as possible to improve the health and wellbeing of our community. We regularly work with local businesses, charities and schools and support our local community wherever possible.

PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

The 4 things we ask of our players are RUN - FUN - PRACTICE - PLAY

RUN

Run all the time! Run when the coach says “get the cones in”. Run when you haven’t got the ball. Run when you and your team have!

FUN

Have fun - that’s the whole point!

PRACTICE

Practice as much as you can! The game is practice, the sessions are practice, you can practise with your friends or even on your own.

PLAY

Play with your friends, play with others. Always be kind and play with a smile!

PARENT EXPECTATIONS

The 4 things we ask of our parents are ENJOY - ENCOURAGE - SPACE - STANDARDS

Enjoy the games, enjoy the club, enjoy the community. It’s about the moments around the games as well as the games themselves.

ENCOURAGE

These should be the only words that come out. Encourage the kids and their opponents.

SPACE

Give the kids space, give the ref space, give the coaches space. Enjoy watching the matches from the designated family and friends areas.

STANDARDS

We expect high standards of behaviour in everyone. At all times. There are no warnings. We won’t tolerate poor behaviours at this club. We will celebrate the good.

A local Dad who loves football!

A Pro Licence Coach with experience coaching in England, America and Spain

Allan has worked in The Premier League with Brentford, in the EFL with Forest Green and is a qualified PE Teacher
